Jenish started his career as a professional civil engineer working in general construction. In 2007, he was introduced in the design of formwork and falsework and mentored by seasoned temporary works engineer. Thence, he made it as his specialization in engineering. He has international experience which developed his skills and become competent. He designed bridge formwork, single sided and double-sided wall forms, circular wall forms, climbing wall forms, column formwork, steel fabrication of bridge girder forms, suspended slab formwork and others. In 2011, he has the opportunity to expand his skills through scaffolding and mentored by seasoned scaffolding company. He designed multi-point suspended platform, temporary roofing, façade retention, access scaffold, sidewalk hoarding, events structure, stair tower, hanging scaffold, temporary gantry, stair tower, public access stair and specialty scaffold. In June 2020, he started his own engineering company offering his services to temporary structures in construction.
